By participating in sauna, ice bath, or contrast therapy at Epic Reset, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1.⁠ ⁠Voluntary Participation

I understand that use of sauna, cold immersion, and contrast therapy involves exposure to heat and cold which may place stress on the body. I participate voluntarily and at my own risk.

2.⁠ ⁠Health Responsibility

I confirm that I am physically able to participate. I agree to inform staff of any medical conditions, injuries, medications, or health concerns that may affect my ability to safely use the facilities.

3.⁠ ⁠Medical Conditions

I understand that sauna and ice bath use may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions including but not limited to heart conditions, high or low blood pressure, pregnancy, respiratory issues, or other medical concerns. If unsure, I agree to consult a medical professional before participating.

4.⁠ ⁠Personal Responsibility

I agree to listen to my body, exit the sauna or ice bath if I feel unwell, and follow all safety instructions provided by Epic Reset staff.

5.⁠ ⁠Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that participation in sauna, cold immersion, and contrast therapy carries inherent risks including but not limited to dizziness, fainting, dehydration, burns, cold shock, or other injury.

6.⁠ ⁠Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Epic Reset, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability, claims, injuries, or damages arising from my use of the facilities.

7.⁠ ⁠Personal Property

Epic Reset is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

8.⁠ ⁠Agreement

By submitting the Epic Reset waiver form or using the facilities, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver and release of liability.
