At the centre of the experience is Hoi An’s largest dry sauna, complemented by outdoor cold plunges and ice baths, all set in an open-air environment that allows the body to reset naturally, without feeling enclosed or rushed.
More than a sauna, Epic Reset is a complete recovery ecosystem. Our wellness space is anchored by OhanaJo Studio, offering yoga, meditation, sound baths, and breathwork to support nervous system balance, clarity, and long-term wellbeing.
The experience is completed by the Epic Reset Café, serving functional superfoods and post-sauna electrolyte drinks designed to rehydrate, replenish minerals, and support recovery after heat and cold exposure.
